About the Role

As an Executive Product Manager at Vodafone, you will design, develop and lead complex, cross-departmental developmental projects for broadband products and services from ideation to market launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and manage product development projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product developments.
• Manage project planning including budgeting, risk management and full lifecycle coordination according to VF-DE Governance.
• Shape the product roadmap for security solutions across infrastructures in collaboration with senior management and external vendors.
• Analyze existing products and processes to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
• Represent product developments in internal committees and communicate transparently up to executive management.

What You Bring

You have a completed degree and over ten years of product management experience, preferably in telecommunications or ICT. You offer expertise in managing large, strategic projects, deep industry knowledge of the German broadband market, and have proven leadership skills. Strong analytical abilities, quick comprehension of complex issues and strategic foresight are essential. Proactive working style, comprehensive experience with agile methodologies, excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (C1) complete your profile.
