What you'll do:
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure high quality and performance for video streams and codecs.
- Develop unit and system-level tests using BDD frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence using internal and external APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure quality and performance.
- Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in software development using languages such as C, C++, Python.
- 6+ years experience with full software development lifecycle including embedded software development, continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, platform design, and cloud engineering principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
- Preferred: Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
