Cloud Consultant - Innovation and AI

Join Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) as a Cloud Consultant focused on Innovation and AI, where you'll contribute to delivering the best customer experience through cutting-edge technologies. You'll be part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team working collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities and Contributions

• Design and implement AI solutions for automation using pre-trained models, LLMs, open-source models, or commercial APIs (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc.).
• Develop complex automated workflows integrating AI, corporate systems, APIs, and workflow platforms (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, n8n, etc.).
• Create data processing pipelines for intelligent automation, including extraction, classification, summarization, and insight generation.
• Build and maintain scalable cloud architectures to host AI models and automations.
• Implement and monitor responsive and secure AI solutions, adhering to Responsible AI principles.
• Conduct experiments and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for model and automation validation.
• Support internal teams in adopting and integrating AI and automation solutions into their daily processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to pipelines, models, and automations.
• Ensure data governance, security, performance, and compliance in all developed solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with AI solutions applied to processes (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, agents, RAG, etc.).
• Experience with AI in Cloud environments (Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
• Experience with automation via low-code/no-code platforms or orchestrators (Power Automate, Logic Apps, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, n8n).
• Proficiency in Python programming, particularly for automation, APIs, and model utilization.
• Solid knowledge of Cloud architectures (Azure, OCI, GCP), including networking, serverless, API Gateway, security, and monitoring.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps/MLOps pipelines, and version control.
• Experience with REST API integrations, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with AI and automation engineering methodologies: RAG, Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Agent Orchestration.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Azure AI Search).
• Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, LGPD, and AI security.
• Knowledge of containers (Docker) and potentially Kubernetes.
• Certifications in AI or Cloud (Azure AI Engineer, Azure Architect, etc.).
