Position Purpose
The Deal Desk Manager role is a high-impact, customer-facing position within the Revenue Operations team. You will influence the quote-to-cash (Q2C) lifecycle, ensuring pricing accuracy, deal velocity, and revenue recognition while working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Legal, and Finance teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deal desk process from setup to closure.
- Provide strategic pricing, packaging, bundling, and discounting guidance.
- Manage contract terms, amendments, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the full Q2C lifecycle including renewals and upsells.
- Operate within DealHub CPQ and HubSpot CRM systems.
- Create and maintain templates, dashboards, and playbooks for deal execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong grasp of both SaaS subscription and consumption-based revenue models.
- Experience with multi-level approval workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ and HubSpot CRM.
- Ability to manage pricebooks, bundles, and complex product hierarchies.
Preferred Qualifications & Other Details
Salesforce proficiency is highly desirable. The role requires a flexible schedule including support during month-end and quarter-end activities, and may involve 11-20% travel.
