About the Role

Viva Talent is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to support fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.

Location and Eligibility

This role is open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.

What You Will Do

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Viva, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. They juggle competing priorities and rely on you to keep things organized, proactive, and one step ahead. You will support up to three executives across admin and operations, including:

  • Own calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Keep priorities clear and the day running smoothly
  • Improve workflows and document processes
  • Support projects, reporting, and internal coordination
  • Think ahead, solve problems, and anticipate needs
  • Take initiative when something can be improved

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; we welcome candidates with transferable experience

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders
