Operations Executive Assistant
Viva Talent is seeking a Virtual Operations Executive Assistant to support fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This role focuses on workflows, systems, and execution that keep teams running smoothly.
Note: This position is only open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico at this time. This role may be reposted as applications are continuously reviewed.

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in operations, project coordination, logistics, or systems-heavy environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time contractor position.
- Base salary: $1,200 USD per month.
- Total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD.
- Performance bonuses.
- Compensation reviews every 6 months.

What You Will Do
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses for up to three executives.
- Build and improve workflows, trackers, and documentation.
- Support projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Demonstrated tenure in previous roles (at least one of the last three roles showing 2+ years of employment).
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; transferable experience is welcome.
- Excitement about AI and automation tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
- Reliability, proactivity, and confidence in communicating with leaders.
