Virtual Executive Assistant
Viva Talent is seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to support fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This role focuses on workflows, systems, and execution that keep teams running smoothly.
This opportunity is exclusively open to candidates residing in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.

About the Role
This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in operations, project coordination, logistics, or systems-heavy environments. As a Full-time contractor, you will earn a base salary of $1,200 USD, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and amazing benefits.
What You Will Do
- Support up to three executives across admin and operations.
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Build and improve workflows, trackers, and documentation.
- Support projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles (at least one of the last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure).
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; transferable experience is welcomed.
- Excitement about AI and automation tools.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders.
