What You Will Do
As an Executive Assistant at Viva, you will collaborate closely with startup leaders, managing their demanding schedules and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Maintaining clear priorities and ensuring the day runs smoothly.
- Improving workflows and documenting processes.
- Supporting projects, reporting, and internal coordination.
- Thinking ahead, solving problems, and anticipating executive needs.
- Taking initiative to identify and implement improvements.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles (at least one role showing 2+ years tenure).
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; transferable experience is highly valued.
- Enthusiasm for AI and automation tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
- Reliability, proactivity, and confidence in communicating with leaders.
