Virtual Assistant to CEO at Viva Talent
This role is for Executive Assistants who operate as a trusted partner, anticipate needs, and protect executive focus every day. As a Virtual Assistant to CEO, you will work directly with C-level leaders at fast-moving startups. Your primary role is to protect focus, bring clarity to priorities, and help leaders make better decisions faster. This is not merely a task-based assistant role; you are expected to be a thought partner, a filter, and a force multiplier for the executive you support.
This is a full-time contractor position, offering a $1,200 USD base salary, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD. The compensation package includes performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and amazing benefits.
What You Will Do
- Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Act as a gatekeeper and prioritization filter.
- Prepare executives for meetings with context, notes, and follow-ups.
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments.
- Support projects, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions.
- Build and improve workflows, trackers, and documentation.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; transferable experience is welcome.
- Excited about AI and automation tools.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders.
