Key Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant to CEO
As a Virtual Assistant to CEO, you will directly support up to three C-level leaders, focusing on administrative and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities include:
- Owning the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Acting as a gatekeeper and prioritization filter for incoming requests.
- Preparing executives for meetings with essential context, notes, and follow-ups.
- Tracking action items, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
- Supporting projects, reporting, and cross-functional coordination efforts.
- Anticipating potential issues and proactively proposing effective solutions.
- Building and improving workflows, trackers, and documentation to enhance efficiency.
This is not a task-based assistant role; you will operate as a thought partner and force multiplier for the executives you support.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- A stable work history, with at least one role of 2+ years tenure in your last three positions.
- Transferable experience is valued; previous Executive Assistant experience is not strictly required.
- Excitement about leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar collaboration tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident in communicating with senior leaders.

Location & Work Arrangement
