Talent Partner (Remote)

Your Role

As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in our hiring process, focusing on continuous improvement of the candidate journey. Traditional recruiting experience is not required; experience in people-focused roles with a passion for system enhancement and impactful initiatives is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve candidate experience by identifying and implementing enhancements across communications, interviews, and resources.
  • Review and screen candidate applications.
  • Drive sourcing, referral, and outreach strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews, including our unique ☕️ Cafe con Viva session.
  • Maintain organized recruiting data and ATS records.
  • Identify and address workflow, tool, and automation bottlenecks, with a preference for candidates skilled in AI and Automation.
  • Collaborate effectively with People, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A natural inclination for understanding and improving people-centric processes.
  • Experience in a people-focused role (e.g., PeopleOps, HR, Employee Experience, Recruiting Coordination, CX, Operations).
  • Eagerness to build a career in Talent Acquisition, even without direct recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for clarity and improvement.
  • Enjoyment in optimizing systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of taking ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Curiosity about tools, automation, and innovative work methods.
  • Desire for continuous growth, feedback, and long-term development.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in a people-focused role (Talent Acquisition, PeopleOps, HR, Recruiting Operations, Employee Experience, or similar).
  • Strong English communication skills (C1+).
  • Experience working with English-speaking teams in remote or hybrid settings.
  • Proven ability to improve people-facing communications or processes.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and ATS platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and automation.
  • Proactive with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Stable work history.
