About the Role
As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Viva, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.

- Fluent English (C1 level).

- Excited about AI and automation tools.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders.
