Operations Executive Assistant at Viva Talent

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in operations, project coordination, logistics, or systems-heavy environments.
Full-time contractor: $1,200 USD base, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD. Plus performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and amazing benefits.
What You Will Do
- Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses
- Building and improving workflows, trackers, and documentation
- Supporting projects, reporting, and process improvement
- Coordinating across teams and stakeholders
- Tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing better systems

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable experience
- Excited about AI and automation tools
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
- Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders
