Operations Executive Assistant

What You Will Do
- Support up to three executives with admin and operations tasks
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses
- Build and refine workflows, trackers, and documentation
- Support projects, reporting, and process improvements
- Coordinate with teams and track deadlines and deliverables
- Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative systems
What You Bring
- 2+ years of general work experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Experience in operations, project coordination, logistics, or systems environments
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
- Enthusiasm for AI and automation tools

Location & Eligibility
This role is 100% remote and only open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.
