As an Operations Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This remote position at Viva Talent focuses on optimizing workflows, systems, and execution to ensure teams run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time contractor position, offering a competitive base of $1,200 USD monthly, with total monthly earnings reaching up to $1,600 USD. This package also includes performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and outstanding benefits.
What You Will Do
You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to up to three executives, with responsibilities including:
- Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Developing and enhancing workflows, trackers, and documentation.
- Supporting various projects, contributing to reporting, and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitating coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Tracking critical deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and proactively proposing superior systems.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general professional work experience.
- Fluent English proficiency (C1 level).
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles: at least one of your last three positions should show a tenure of 2+ years.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not mandatory; we highly value candidates with transferable skills.
- Excitement about leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Comfort and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar collaborative platforms.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident in communicating with senior leaders.
