We are now hiring a LATAM Recruiter to strategically manage candidate pipelines and enhance the candidate experience, focusing on data discipline, speed, and process thinking. Your Impact as a LATAM Recruiter π
- Improve recruiting materials and candidate-facing resources, ensuring they are clear, polished, and aligned with Viva.
- Manage the Top of Funnel: Post jobs, screen candidates, handle communication, and schedule interviews or reference checks.
- Maintain clean and visible data by tracking metrics, flagging bottlenecks, and keeping trackers updated.
- Proactively source candidates to generate volume through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and campaigns.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess communication, cultural fit, and candidate motivation.
- Support workflow changes, automation updates, and experiments with new tools.
- Protect the candidate experience through fast, thoughtful, and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with People and Go-To-Market teams to achieve hiring targets on time.
Your Superpowers π‘
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in screening, interviewing, communications, or tracking.
- Fluent English (C1+), demonstrating concise, clear, and confident communication.
- Experience recruiting high-volume roles for US/English-speaking teams.
- Tech-savvy proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity and openness to AI/automation tools.
