About The Role
As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Viva, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. They juggle competing priorities and rely on you to keep things organized, proactive, and one step ahead. This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.
What You Will Do
- Support up to three executives across admin and operations.
- Own calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Keep priorities clear and the day running smoothly.
- Improve workflows and document processes.
- Support projects, reporting, and internal coordination.
- Think ahead, solve problems, and anticipate needs.
- Take initiative when something can be improved.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- At least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure.
- Excited about AI and automation tools.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident in communicating with leaders.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; transferable experience is welcome.
