Your Role as an Executive Assistant

You will work closely with fast-paced startup leaders, managing competing priorities and ensuring organization, proactivity, and foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support up to three executives in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Own calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expense management.
  • Maintain clear priorities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Improve workflows and document processes.
  • Assist with projects, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of general work experience.
  • Fluent English (C1 level).
  • Demonstrated tenure in previous roles (at least one role over 2 years).
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required; transferable experience is welcomed.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar platforms.
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident communication skills with leadership.
