This role is not a traditional assistant position; you will take significant ownership, proactively anticipate needs, and play a crucial part in helping executives achieve success daily.
This remote Executive Assistant role provides support to fast-growing US and Canadian startups. It is exclusively open to candidates currently residing in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.
As a full-time contractor, the compensation includes a $1,200 USD base, with total monthly earnings potentially reaching up to $1,600 USD. Additionally, performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and outstanding benefits are provided.
What You Will Do
- Support up to three executives across various administrative and operational functions.
- Take full ownership of calendars, inboxes, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Ensure executive priorities remain clear and daily operations run smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and meticulously document processes.
- Provide support for various projects, generate reports, and facilitate internal coordination.
- Proactively think ahead, solve problems, and anticipate the needs of the executives.
- Take initiative to implement improvements whenever possible.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level proficiency is essential).
- Demonstrated job stability: at least one of your last three roles should show a tenure of 2+ years.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not a strict requirement; we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills.
- Excitement about leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Comfortable and proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar collaborative tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident in communicating effectively with senior leaders.
