As a Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant at Viva, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. They juggle competing priorities and rely on you to keep things organized, proactive, and one step ahead.
This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.
🌎 Only open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico at this time.
Full-time contractor: $1,200 USD base, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD. Plus performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and amazing benefits.
What You Will Do
You will support up to three executives across admin and operations, including:
- Own calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses
- Keep priorities clear and the day running smoothly
- Improve workflows and document processes
- Support projects, reporting, and internal coordination
- Think ahead, solve problems, and anticipate needs
- Take initiative when something can be improved

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable experience
- Excited about AI and automation tools
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
- Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders
