Viva Talent offers a unique opportunity for a Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant to support fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.

🌎 This role is only open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico at this time.

Your Role as a Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Viva, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. They juggle competing priorities and rely on you to keep things organized, proactive, and one step ahead.

This is a full-time contractor position: $1,200 USD base, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD. Plus performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and amazing benefits.

What You Will Do

  • Own calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Keep priorities clear and the day running smoothly.
  • Improve workflows and document processes.
  • Support projects, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Think ahead, solve problems, and anticipate needs.
  • Take initiative when something can be improved.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of general work experience.
  • Fluent English (C1 level).
  • No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure.
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable experience.
  • Excited about AI and automation tools.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders.
