Viva Talent is seeking a proactive Administrative Executive Assistant to support fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and play a crucial role in helping executives succeed daily.
This opportunity is currently open to candidates located in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Viva Talent, you will work closely with dynamic startup leaders who navigate competing priorities. Your role will be essential in maintaining organization, proactively addressing challenges, and staying one step ahead.
This is a full-time contractor position, offering a $1,200 USD base monthly, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD, plus performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and excellent benefits.
What You Will Do
- Support up to three executives across various administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Ensure priorities are clear and the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Identify and implement improvements for workflows and document processes.
- Assist with projects, reporting, and internal coordination efforts.
- Proactively solve problems and anticipate executive needs.
- Take initiative to improve processes and systems when opportunities arise.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Demonstrated tenure: at least one of your last three roles should show 2+ years of employment.
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not mandatory; we value transferable skills.
- Enthusiasm for AI and automation tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar productivity tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident in communicating with leadership.
