Administrative Executive Assistant at Viva Talent
Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role; you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.

As an Administrative Executive Assistant at Viva Talent, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. They juggle competing priorities and rely on you to keep things organized, proactive, and one step ahead.
This is a full-time contractor role with a clear and predictable compensation structure. Total monthly compensation: up to $1,600 USD. Base pay: $1,200 USD per month. Monthly activations: earn up to $400 USD additional, depending on being actively staffed with a client ($1200 USD), supporting a CEO ($100 USD), and supporting up to three executives ($100 USD). Performance bonuses are paid every 6 months, with compensation reviews also every 6 months.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of general work experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure
- Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable experience
- Excited about AI and automation tools
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
- Reliable, proactive, and confident in communicating with leaders
