About the Role

As a Virtual Assistant to CEO, you will serve as a strategic partner to high-level executives, providing administrative and operational support. You will own calendars, emails, meetings, travel logistics, and more, while also driving strategic impact by taking initiative, solving problems, and supporting projects that accelerate company growth.
Your Impact

- Manage complex calendars, emails, and travel details.
- Support projects, reporting, and process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant work experience in roles such as administrative support, project management, or customer service. You should be fluent in English (C1 level), highly organized, and tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. Confidence, boldness, and a proactive mindset are essential.
