Role Overview: Recruiter – LATAM Remote

This role is a LATAM-based Talent Partner who will own pipelines and elevate the candidate experience at scale with data discipline, speed, and process thinking.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact 🚀)

  • Manage Top of Funnel: Post jobs, screen candidates, handle communication, and schedule interviews or reference checks.
  • Keep data clean and visible by maintaining trackers, flagging bottlenecks, and tracking metrics.
  • Source proactively via LinkedIn, referrals, and campaigns to generate volume.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess communication, fit, and motivation.
  • Support workflow changes, automation updates, and tool experiments.
  • Protect candidate experience with fast, thoughtful, and empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with People and GTM teams to hit hiring targets on time.

Requirements (Your Superpowers 💡)

  • 1+ year in Talent Acquisition involving screening, interviewing, communication, or tracking.
  • Fluent English (C1+) with clarity and confidence in communication.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume roles for US/English-speaking teams.
  • Stable work history demonstrating consistent contributions.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS and familiar with AI/automation tools.
