This role is exclusively open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.
Your Impact π
You will:
- Be a decision-making partner to up to 3 executives.
- Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Support projects, reporting, process improvements, and workflows.
- Anticipate needs, propose proactive solutions and drive decisions.
- Directly influence company growth and success.
Your Superpowers π‘
We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, organization, attention to detail and comfort with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
