At Viva, we are building leaders. As a Bilingual Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to up to 3 executives, providing both administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience (admin, project management, customer service).
- Fluent in English (C1 level); strong communicator.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
