Job Summary

The Graphic Designer at Viticus Group, reporting to the Creative Lead, plays a central role in developing and coordinating marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and various promotional assets. This role involves both in-house creative development using AI design tools and collaboration with external design firms to ensure high-quality design that aligns with the organization’s style guide.

The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong design skills, and the ability to manage project timelines, ensure message consistency, and integrate new technologies.

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. A minimum of two years of relevant experience, familiarity with HTML, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs is expected.

Job Specific Duties

• Creative Development and Collaboration: Develop creative campaign concepts with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Design and Production: Use InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce consistent, high-quality collateral.
• Project Management and Communication: Manage timelines, coordinate with printers, and maintain open communication across teams.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to policies and ensure safe, compliant work environments.
