Job Summary:
The Senior HR Generalist is a key partner in creating a positive, high trust, and people focused workplace. This role leads employee relations efforts, manages HRIS administration, supports employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs, and plays an active role in strengthening company culture. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a passion for building an exceptional employee experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary resource for employee relations concerns, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear documentation and recommendations.
- Coach managers on performance management, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Identify trends and partner with leadership to proactively improve engagement and workplace climate.
HRIS Administration:
- Oversee daily HRIS operations, ensuring accurate employee data, reporting, and system integrity.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision making.
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.
HR Operations & Daily Support:
- Respond to employee and manager HR questions with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with annual HR programs, including performance reviews, compensation processes, and benefits enrollment.
Culture & Engagement:
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.
- Partner with leaders to reinforce company values and strengthen team connection.
- Contribute to training and development efforts that promote growth and well-being.

Education and Experience:

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong emphasis on employee relations and HR operations.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data reporting.
