Role Overview

The IT Summer Intern at Vitaco will support the Information Systems team in operational and strategic initiatives for a duration of 10–12 weeks in Auckland. You will get hands-on experience with hardware/software management, Microsoft 365 support, SharePoint/Teams access reviews, infrastructure modernization, and process optimization.

  • Assist with hardware and software maintenance.
  • Triage Microsoft 365 support tickets.
  • Contribute to systems mapping and IS process optimisation.
  • Shadow senior team members and join IT meetings.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in IT infrastructure and support. A basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking concepts is essential, along with good communication, documentation skills, and a proactive approach.

  • Duration: 10–12 weeks
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5–40 hours/week)
  • Reports to: Head of Information Systems
