The Role
A Sales Lead Part Time at Visionworks is the face of our business, guiding every patient through a simple, human, and bold experience. This role requires deep knowledge of optics, vision care products and services, as well as adherence to state licensing requirements when applicable. You will be responsible for delivering daily sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction by recommending the best products and services, measuring patients for eyewear, and troubleshooting as needed. This role can also include execution of operational activities such as store opening and closing in lead positions.
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least 12 months of optical experience within Visionworks or another organization, or hold an ABO Certification in lieu of experience. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Candidates must also maintain any necessary optician license per state guidelines.
