Overview

Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Application Developer with an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance and polygraph. This role is on our largest PRIME contract, contributing to innovative software solutions for the Intelligence Community.

Role Details

The position involves building and integrating streaming data pipelines, developing ETL workflows, and ensuring scalable data ingestion and processing. You will collaborate with analysts and full-stack engineers to deliver real-time operational tools in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build streaming data pipelines using Kafka, Python, and Java
  • Develop ETL workflows to reconcile requested versus realized infrastructure data
  • Ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient data ingestion and processing
  • Collaborate with full-stack engineers to integrate and visualize results

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience), 12 years of software development experience, proficiency in Python and/or Java, experience with Kafka, and a strong background in various database systems. Knowledge in dataflow, data science, or mission analytics is a plus.
