About Vision E-commerce
Vision E-commerce is a holding company that builds and scales global health and wellness brands. One of our supplement brands scaled from $0 to $450K/month in four months and is on track to reach $1M/month within six months.
About the Role
This is not a traditional social media position. As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will own our TikTok and Instagram strategy, build a content engine that converts, film in-house content, and lead a network of creators and brand ambassadors. You will collaboratively work with our creative team to shape the brand voice and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram.
- Create, film, and edit engaging short-form content.
- Build, manage, and mentor a network of creators and brand ambassadors.
- Host weekly calls with creators to review performance.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists for UGC content and ad creatives.
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize performance continuously.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer coordination.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram both creatively and algorithmically.
- Ability to film, edit, and publish short-form content independently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with creators.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in wellness, supplements, or DTC brands.
- Managing UGC pipelines or influencer programs.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
