About the Technical Support Specialist Role

VisiLean Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide core technical support for VisiLean implementation by visiting project sites in Delhi and Mumbai. You will work closely with on-site teams and key client contacts to ensure successful account management and facilitate digital engineering and construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit project sites to support VisiLean implementation.
  • Interface with key client contacts and provide support.
  • Assist in project setup, plan/model import, and settings adjustments.
  • Develop user-guides, reference manuals and execute drone/360° camera site captures.
  • Conduct VisiLean system training on web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with VisiLean HO team to drive project value.
  • Develop specifications for feature enhancements and support implementation consultants.
  • Share best practices and develop work processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates should have experience in Primavera, MSP, BIM, planning, and scheduling with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a relevant graduate qualification.
