As a Customer Acquisition Manager Alibaba, you will focus on Alibaba products and be responsible for their targeted sales to new potential customers. You will actively contact pre-selected companies provided by our specialized lead generation team, allowing you to concentrate fully on driving conversations and sales. While additional research is possible, it is not essential.
Your role involves identifying the needs of potential clients and convincing them with tailored solutions from our portfolio. You will conduct efficient, objective-oriented telephone conversations with a high call frequency and clear structure, ensuring professional, persuasive, and engaging interactions. You will also design initial meetings and digital presentations to build lasting and profitable customer relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: You have actively sold before (e.g., in tele-sales, field sales, or B2B inside sales) and are eager to develop further.
- Customer Focus & Closing Ability: You know how to engage customers, identify sales opportunities, and confidently lead to closing deals.
- Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills: You express messages clearly and precisely, work in a solution-oriented and prioritized manner, and possess professional German, fluent English, and fluent French language skills, both oral and written.
- Tech-Savvy: Digital tools are a means to an end for you; you use them to sell better and more efficiently.
