Program Overview
This program is designed for women returning from a career break. It offers on-the-job training, paid returnship opportunities, and a pathway to full-time employment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for software applications.
- Maintain internal and vendor applications according to standards.
- Ensure data privacy and address security vulnerabilities.
- Follow IAM policies and collaborate with vendors and the Operational Resiliency team.
- Offer off-hours support for critical incidents per SLA.
- Maintain clear communication with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic requirement includes a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience with a required career break of at least 18 months. Preferred qualifications include experience in full stack support and familiarity with technologies such as .NET, C#, Angular or React, cloud platforms like AWS, SQL/MySql, MongoDB or Kafka, CI/CD, and agile methodology.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position with office days confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
