Job Overview

The Visa Returnship Program 2025 Application Support is designed for professionals returning from a career break. This initiative supports women re-entering the workforce through on-the-job training, hands-on projects, and the potential for full-time employment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide level 2 support to resolve incidents per SLA requirements
  • Maintain internal and vendor applications to meet quality standards
  • Ensure data privacy standards are met using the Data Privacy Tool
  • Fix security vulnerabilities within designated timeframes
  • Adhere to IAM policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with vendors and Operational Resiliency team for service impact assessments
  • Report noncompliance situations and implement recovery metrics
  • Maintain operational excellence for full stack services
  • Offer off-hours support during critical incidents as needed
  • Ensure clear communication with project teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years relevant work experience. A minimum 18-month career break is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience supporting full stack solutions. Familiarity with .NET, C#, Angular or React, AWS or similar cloud technologies, SQL/MySql, MongoDB or Kafka, CI/CD, as well as strong performance optimization, automated unit testing skills, agile methodology and robust analytical abilities.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position with on-site days as confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
