Role & Responsibilities

Provide level 2 support to resolve incidents per SLA requirements
Maintain internal and vendor applications to meet quality standards
Ensure data privacy standards are met using the Data Privacy Tool
Fix security vulnerabilities within designated timeframes

Collaborate with vendors and Operational Resiliency team for service impact assessments

Qualifications
