Role Overview
The Systems Analyst will serve as a technical liaison and requirements analyst within the Corporate Technology M&A Integration Management Office. In this role, you will drive the discovery, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements for M&A integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical requirements gathering sessions with various stakeholders.
- Conduct as-is and to-be analysis and perform detailed gap assessments.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams on technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process maps and integration playbooks.
- Assist with technical due diligence and support automation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
Qualifications
Basic requirement includes a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or 5+ years relevant experience. Preferred candidates have deep experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Project Analyst, proficiency in system integration, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
