Job Description
The Strategy and Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with the Team Lead on cluster strategy development and execution. The role ensures that financial and scorecard goals (Net Revenue and Net Income growth) are met, while fostering a strong commercial capability across the cluster.
- Translate and execute Visa Europe strategy in the cluster.
- Partner with corporate strategy teams to align and shape business development.
- Drive revenue growth through cultural integration of sales pipelines.
- Create strategic frameworks including board presentations and business reviews.
- Identify generative AI use cases to support evolving industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves collaborating with commercial teams, managing pipeline data, and ensuring process efficiency. Responsibilities include content creation for executive visits, supporting sales training, and acting as a key sales excellence resource.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess flexibility, strong analytical skills, and proven experience managing strategic initiatives within cross-functional teams. Prior experience in Corporate Strategy or Strategy Consulting is preferred, with Payments and Fintech experience seen as a plus.
