Job Overview

Join Visa's dynamic People Systems organization as a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems. In this role, you will configure, design, optimize, and maintain Visa’s Talent Management systems, with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules including Performance, supporting a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain talent management systems.
  • Consult with COE experts to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide timely, solutions-focused support.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, test case development, and documentation.
  • Evaluate Workday releases and recommend system enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and propose system and process improvements.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination with advanced degrees). Preferred: Extensive Workday configuration and technical HRIS experience, expertise in Workday Talent modules, experience with Workday Skills, Career Hub, and Talent Marketplace, familiarity with Jira and Agile methods, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

This is a remote position (with occasional Visa office presence required). Travel up to 5-10% may be necessary. Visa offers a competitive salary, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits package.
