Team Summary
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa that drives tangible and impactful results for clients by leveraging expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments, and economics. Within VCA, the VIS Implementation Services team offers hands-on execution support with extensive best practices to manage customer relationships, portfolio levers, and product development.
Role Overview
The Senior Client Consulting Manager Technology Implementation leads digital transformation engagements and strategic technology implementations. This role uses innovative, IT-driven solutions to solve critical business challenges and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discussions to define technology transformation roadmaps.
- Develop methodologies and frameworks for digital and AI assessments.
- Drive AI and Cloud powered initiatives to boost business growth.
- Manage client inquiries, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure high quality outcomes.
- Oversee proposal development, contracting, and stakeholder engagements.
- Collaborate with global hubs and solution providers to integrate Visa capabilities.
- Design and deliver executive presentations on findings and strategic insights.
Business Development
Build and evolve the technology implementation pipeline, scale digital practice, and develop data driven insights to inform decisions while anticipating client needs for emerging digital capabilities.

This role supports the development of implementation capabilities in the consumer space, serving as a template for expansion in Korea and Asia Pacific. It plays a key part in diversifying revenue and supporting client portfolio growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent advanced degrees and experience). Candidates should have extensive experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or digital technology, along with proven leadership in digital transformation projects.
Desired Skills
- Expertise in digital transformation and technology business development.
- Experience with AI, Cloud, and platforms like SAP.
- Strong command of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Experience in PI/ISP and CMS system implementation projects is a plus.
