Job Overview

At Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), the Senior Client Consulting Manager plays a key role in scaling the technology vertical, supporting business development with revenue targets mainly in the AP region. The role combines strategic consulting, technical expertise, and leadership to drive digital transformations for Visa's diverse client base including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support business development and revenue targets in the AP region.
  • Offer technical expertise in digital payments, cloud migration, mobile stack, and payment interfaces.
  • Drive practice initiatives covering growth, IP creation, training, and mentorship.
  • Develop blueprints for tech transformations and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and client teams for holistic solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM from a top-tier institution with 12+ years of experience.
  • Experience in credit card/payments domain and working with senior tech executives.
  • Proven technical expertise in payment systems integration, data management, and security infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of web technology stack and supporting protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud) and SDLC processes.
  • Familiarity with security protocols such as Open ID Connect, OAuth2, SAML, JWT.
  • Experience with enterprise integration including APIs, Micro Services, and container orchestration technologies.
