VCA primarily serves client segments including issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers, and governments.
Region Job Description
As a Senior Client Consulting Manager within VCA, you will report to the Consulting Director of the Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and Israel cluster within the Southern Europe region. Your primary focus will be on the Israeli market, with potential for transversal work across the broader cluster or region as required.
Specific Responsibilities include
- Lead consulting initiatives and actively contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients.
- Engage in regular strategic and planning discussions, cultivating and managing a pipeline of analytical work.
- Develop robust analytical frameworks, innovative approaches, scalable solutions, and data-led strategies to address impactful opportunities and challenges.
- Partner effectively with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, products, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects, leveraging the extensive breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
- Produce actionable insights, comprehensive analyses, and strategic recommendations to enhance client performance, accelerate growth, deepen understanding of client issues, and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities.
- Build new scalable solutions, practical toolkits, standard methodology documents, and refined consulting approaches that can be applied across VCA practices.
- Lead your team to facilitate knowledge sharing, coaching, and training, extending this support across functional teams and regions in your role as an analytics subject matter expert.
- Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure successful project delivery, consistently meeting objectives and timelines.
Qualifications

- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hebrew, including professional business communication.
- A passionate, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual capable of managing numerous projects concurrently.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, encompassing products & services, business systems and processes, and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, coupled with the ability to develop a credible point of view on various industry topics, effectively acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong analytical skills, consistently demonstrating intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Possess executive presence, including outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within large organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership, managerial, and collaboration capabilities, particularly in influencing those who are not direct reports within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Extensive experience in several key payments business areas, such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, and risk management for both credit and debit cards.
- Proven experience utilizing financial indicators to measure business performance, with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.
- Ideal candidates will possess both payments and consulting experience.
