Risk Analyst at Visa

Job Responsibilities
- Perform first line of defense risk governance and supervise business controls.
- Conduct risk and control self-assessments and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal/external audits and address control failures.
- Utilize risk assessment data, AI tools, and automation platforms such as PowerApps.
- Develop action plans and work with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Expert use of PowerBI, data analytics, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
- Experience in risk functions and banking customer service environments.
- Proven use of AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency.
- Six Sigma Certified and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
