About the Role: Product Operations Manager
As a Product Operations Manager, you will support cross-functional product initiatives and act as a strategic liaison between Product and client-facing teams. You will establish robust client feedback frameworks, manage messaging and documentation around product enhancements, and facilitate seamless communication across various organizations.
- Implement feedback frameworks and capture client input.
- Coordinate communication between Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Formalize pilot processes and track conversion metrics.
- Analyze market research insights to inform product strategy.
- Provide operational support during product launches.
