Job Description
Product Analyst at Visa
Visa is a world leader in payments technology, facilitating transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions and government entities across more than 200 countries and territories, dedicated to uplifting everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid.
At Visa, you'll have the opportunity to create impact at scale — tackling meaningful challenges, growing your skills and seeing your contributions impact lives around the world. Join Visa and do work that matters — to you, to your community, and to the world.
Progress starts with you.
Visa Pay is scaling rapidly across APAC, and we are looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about consumer payments, curious about how products work, and eager to grow into a full product management role. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who brings strong analytical thinking, business acumen, structured problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize insights into compelling narratives. You don’t need deep hands-on product management experience — but you must understand the fundamentals of product thinking, be versatile, and have the potential to develop into a strong Product Manager over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses on product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Identify emerging trends, issues, or opportunities across APAC markets in collaboration with product managers.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and actionable insights.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
- Perform market scans and competitive benchmarking across key APAC markets, identifying relevant product patterns and implications for Visa Pay.
- Support country teams with market assessments, opportunity sizing, and consumer research.
- Track ecosystem developments (wallets, merchants, issuers, regulatory changes) relevant to Visa Pay.
Product Management Support:
- Support Visa Pay product rollout readiness with documentation, artifacts, and insights.
- Support product commercialization and GTM activities if required.
Presentation & Communication:
- Create clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
- Synthesize data, business insights, and recommendations into crisp narratives.
- Communicate product concepts in a structured and user‑centric manner.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, market teams, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and partnerships.
- Support operational workflows, documentation, and product processes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
