Job Description
Lead bold, data-led consumer marketing that scales Visa’s brand, preference, and usage across priority consumer segments. This role sits at the intersection of brand, issuers, ecosystem partners, and media, driving high-impact B2C and B2B2C programs at network scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver integrated consumer marketing strategies that build brand love and drive card usage.
- Lead B2C & B2B2C campaigns in close partnership with issuers, platforms, and ecosystem partners.
- Translate consumer insights into scalable executions across brand, digital, CRM, sponsorships, and moments that matter.
- Operate comfortably in a highly matrixed global network, influencing without authority.
- Track, optimize, and clearly communicate business impact, ROI, and brand health.

Qualifications
- 10–11 years of consumer marketing experience, with prior network marketing exposure (payments, telecom, platforms, or scaled ecosystems).
- Strong understanding of issuer-led, partner-driven go‑to‑market models.
- Proven ability to build brands while driving measurable growth.
- Sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution bias.
- Confident stakeholder leadership across senior internal and external partners.
