Job Description - Financial Analyst

This role reports to the INSA Cluster Controller and is responsible for financial reporting and compliance, general accounting and bookkeeping, internal controls and risk management, cash management and treasury support, policy and procedure development, audit coordination, systems and process optimization, and business partnering.

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Maintain financial records, manage general ledger, and oversee payroll functions.
• Perform controls testing, risk management, and cash flow monitoring.
• Develop and update accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audit processes.
• Oversee ERP systems such as Oracle Financials, Ariba, and Concur.
• Collaborate with functional teams for business insights and commercial advice.
