About the Role

The Executive Assistant role supports three VPs in Visa Commercial Solutions by providing high-level administrative support. This role includes managing diaries, arranging travel, handling emails, and organizing team activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Diary: Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
  • Administration: Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and organize team-building activities.
  • Email Management: Prioritize and filter emails and requests efficiently.
  • Travel & Expenses: Coordinate complex travel itineraries and manage expense approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven relationship building, strong organizational skills, mastery of Microsoft Office, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. This role is best suited for candidates comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position with in-office presence expected at Visa’s Paddington office Tuesday to Thursday.
