Job Description
As the Director, Strategy & Operations – VAS Product Development at Visa, you will serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution. You will influence decision-making in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment, working at the intersection of business strategy, technical execution, and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Drive VAS PD strategy, develop team goals, set OKRs, and identify market opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between senior leadership and key stakeholders; create executive presentations and reports.
- Budget & Financial Management: Manage a multi-million-dollar annual planning cycle and track ROI metrics.
- Special Projects: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational health including employee engagement programs.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications include over 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Preferred qualifications emphasize substantial experience in program management, technical product management, and cross-functional leadership, including familiarity with Gen AI initiatives and agile methodologies.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid position with some on-site office days as confirmed by your hiring manager. Travel requirements are approximately 5-10%.
